Today is the birthday of my favourite little lady, Lucy Finlayson. Today Lucy is 70 hound years old, but you'd never know it. She may be little more grey around the face and growly at times, but she can keep up with the best when it comes to the running wods. To celebrate this special day, I'd like to dedicate today's wod to Lucy. Lucy and I will do this wod tonight after the birthday festivities.
