We offer a varied of "Functional Fitness" classes from Monday - Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings - see full schedule of classes below. All classes are lead by CrossFit athletes and certified coaches, Jeff Fleming, Lauren Pryor and Shelly FlemingMore classes will be added as more people sign-up. CLASS DESCRIPTION

A great way to have fun and get super fit! Classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Scalable for ALL fitness levels.

Sweet indoor space
Movements include: Running, jumping, burpees, squats, lunges, push-ups, pull ups, sit-ups and weighlifting, all in various combinations with and without equipment. Equipment includes: Kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, skipping ropes, pull-ups bars, barbells and bumper plates, rowers, tires, and boxes - available in all sizes and weights to accommodate any skill level.
SCHEDULE AND CLASSES
Basic Training - Weekday evenings, 1 hours sessions. 
With lots of cool equipment
This 12 week program coached by Jeff will teach you the foundation movements to prepare you for the group classes. All Basic Training classes will be limited to 3 athletes per coach to ensure quality instruction. The Basic Training program is curriculum developed by Nicki Violetti and Robb Wolf (author of the "Paleo Solution" and one smart dude!!) owners and trainers of NorCal Strengh and Conditioning. We recommend this as a perquisite to the group fitness classes. We can work around your schedule, so email now if you're interested in Hound Pound Basic Training.
Group Functional Basics - Thursday 7:00-8:00
This class is for anyone that wants to try out the group classes, but not ready to commit to basic training. This class will teach the foundations of functional movements in group class setting. This class is scaleable for all fitness levels. Email if you're interested - the first class is free!
Functional Fitness Classes
Monday-Thrusday 6:00PM-7:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-11:00AM
This is an exciting group class that is scalable for all fitness levels. Movements covered in the Hound Pound Basic training will be the foundations of this class. The class sizes are small and lead by certified CrossFit coaches. Class includes a warm up, skill review or practice, a group workout, and cool down.
