.COM OUTDOOR!
It is way too nice to be inside and we need to enjoy these precious last days of summer, and the nice weather hopefully to come this Fall. This means the Hound Pound is moving outside! For the next couple months the Hound Pound will be doing modified versions of the .COM wods, and all workouts will be at the nearby school yard/park. We will bring equipment and be creative with the surroundings – playground equipment, short steep hill, retaining walls, benches, etc. Anyone is welcome to join. Send me an email or post a comment on the day the wod is posted if you’re interested and I’ll bring extra equipment. Wods will follow the .com schedule of 3 on and 1 off and will be in the evenings around 6:30pm. This is going to be so much fun! Hope to see you outside.

15 Rounds of hill sprints
Sprint 20 seconds up
Walk/recover 40 seconds down
Yesterday's wod (August 16, 2010):
*This one was really modified because I didn't feel like carrying the 45# bar there, but I would and will, just didn't this particualr time.
3 Rounds:
25 Wallballs to 10ft target (height measured for accuracy - 14#/20#)
20 Med ball squat cleans (14#/20#)
10 Toes to bar (on money bars)
1 Hill ascend/descend
