"A Clean" Wod - 4 Rounds:
400 M Run
15 Cleans*
10 Push ups
(*each round the athlete must clean a
different object - barbell, sandbag,
dumbbell, med ball)

BASIC TRAINING
Last night we cleaned. And I mean cleaned! We'll done Hound Pound Basic Training Athletes - the clean is a very technical lift and many of you did it for the first time last night. I saw some good progress and strong potential. Don't forget to practice this lift, and practice it often (you'd be surprised how many things you can find to clean). You should be proud. I am! Next week is the last Basic Training class of this session, but don't worry there's more to come in November.
