SECOND DAY OF SUMMER
Only 23 days until the CF Games. Yikes! Where does the time go? sHELLy and LTP did a 6:00am Games prep wod of push press and pull-ups. Lots of pull ups. Too many pull ups. Jefff is still at Camp Caribou doing the daily routine of heavy KB swings and DB movements. Lots of bears around camp these days, so no running allowed. The GreyHOUND delivered Jefff's package yesterday - so no more sandwich meat and camp food snacks for Jefff. WooHoo!
